By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the web products, software code repositories, or custom digital endpoints managed by Anantkamal Software Labs ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these criteria in their entirety, you are strictly prohibited from utilizing our software systems and matching websites.
Any license granted to use the software compiled for client projects is strictly constrained by custom Service Level Agreements (SLAs) or bespoke Software Development Agreements. You agree not to decompose, modify, copy, transfer, or run stress tests on our private infrastructure or live server-side configurations without express authorized written consent signed by our primary engineering board.
All source files, layout graphics, database definitions, brand designs, logos, compiled assets, custom code vectors, and systems implemented by us remain the absolute intellectual property of Anantkamal Software Labs (unless otherwise explicitly assigned and paid for in corresponding final client billing releases). Unauthorized copying or re-hosting of these assets represents a violation of international copyright mandates.
In no circumstance shall Anantkamal Software Labs or its senior directors be held liable for any secondary, continuous, financial, database, or virtual loss resulting from server downtime, software deployment latency, third-party API changes (such as modifications to Gemini models or AWS Cloud structures), or unapproved user actions.
We reserve the complete right to update these Terms and Conditions document at any designated interval, without forcing direct personal notice. Any edits become legally active the moment they are compiled and published directly here. We advise checking this screen periodically to verify your compliance.
